HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE HBA

The Hellenic Bar Association seeks to advance the highest standards of excellence for the legal profession, to increase cultural awareness for to facilitate access to justice, and to serve the community at large. HBA membership is open to all eligible attorneys of Hellenic ancestry, as well as to non-Greek phil-Hellenes, who want to become part of this dynamic and rapidly-growing network of legal professionals.

Benefits of HBA Membership

Educational programs/forums and unique networking opportunities are just a few of the hallmarks of HBA Membership. HBA members receive a special rate (often complimentary) to various HBA events and functions. Members can also include their professional information in the “Attorney Network” directory on the HBA website at no cost.

Membership is open to any lawyer (or other professional affiliated with the legal profession) who, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, is committed to the purpose and goals of the Association and the promotion of the interests of Greek American lawyers. Applicants for membership must be members in good standing of any bar of any of the United States.

Student Membership: Law students are eligible for membership in the HBA and receive a special annual membership rate of $50.00. This rate is available to law students who are egularly enrolled and in good standing at a law school authorized to confer the degree of Juris Doctor, regardless of domicile or status as a day or evening student.

Regular Membership Rate: $75.00
Student Membership Rate: $50.00
